The health and safety of our students and staff is our top priority. In the past few days, we have had a significant increase in students and staff either testing positive for COVID-19 or requiring quarantine. With the health and safety of our students and staff in mind, WHCCISD will be moving all students to short term remote learning as follows:
Tuesday, October 6th - Student holiday and Teacher prep day
Wednesday, October 7th - Short term remote learning begins -Students are expected to access their remote learning through google classroom
Monday, October, 19th - Last day of remote learning
Tuesday, October 20th - Restart of on-campus learning
Technology:
All students should have their devices
Personal hotspots went home with some students today - only 1 hotspot is needed per household
Families who do not have internet service and did not get a hotspot today, can pick one up tomorrow between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM in the main parking under the covered section where the busses drop in the morning.
Food service: Meals will be delivered via bus routes as follows:
Wednesday, October 7th - breakfasts and lunches for the remainder of this week
Monday, October 12th - meals for Monday and Tuesday of that week
Wednesday, October 14th - meals for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday of that week and Monday of the next week
