Hello, my name is Ralph Carter and I am the Secondary Principal at West Hardin County CISD. I am excited to be here and I am looking forward to a great year. I want to take just a moment to tell you about myself. I am married and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. I have served in various roles during my educational career including Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Special Education Director, and as an Adjunct Professor. I am eager to meet all of the students, parents, and community members as we work together to move our campus to an exemplary status. My door is always open and I want you to feel free to come by anytime to discuss your cares, concerns, or successes.
